1. Remove battery from phone
2. Open Windows Phone Internals (WPI)
3. in WPI go to Info>Interrupt boot process
4. Insert battery, connect USB cable to PC
5. Phone will boot up and WPI will interrupt
6. Now in WPI click on Manual Mode>Mass Storage Mode

Alternately, with Dual Boot enabled (I think it works disabled too but--):

1. Turn on the phone normally.
2. On the boot menu, select Developer Menu
* With dual boot disabled, the menu is still there, but you can't see it. Press volume down once, then press camera once.

I have another one if you don't have boot menu. By TMSIX.
1.Find a SD card
2.Download the file from this link.
3.Unzip it and copy the folders into the root of your SD card.
4.Turn on your phone then you will find your phone is in the boot menu.
5.If your phone not in boot menu, restart it and when it boot you need to hold the volume-.Then it will boot into the boot menu.
6.On the boot menu, select Developer Menu
7.The Developer Menu may not display. It is normal. Then press camera or power. Then it will turn into Mass Storage Mode.
