Lumia 950 - Boot loop after deployment

Post by TheRyGuy » Fri Apr 12, 2019 5:49 pm

After unlocking the bootloader and using WOA 2.4.2, my phone is stuck in a boot loop.I can flash back to factory settings, but would like to see WOA fully boot up. Have you any suggestions?

It only gets to this point and reboots.

On WoA 2.4.3 too, and booting forever.

How did you flash back to factory?
Looked on WPInternal and Device Recovery says no device attached,

Thanks,

Here's what I think I did to flash back to factory settings, after deploying WOA:

Boot into Mass Storage Mode (Restart phone and hold Volume+ button)
WPInternals recognized the phone was in MSM
Rebooted phone, clicked "Flash Mode" as soon as I could
Flashed factory image

I either did that, or followed this guide: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showth ... ?t=2515453

I had the same issue with WOA 2.4.3 and my Lumia 950.

I used the "Windows Device Recovery Tool".

If you have problems getting to the mass storage mode (like I had) maybe you can try WPInternals -> Manual Mode -> interrupt the boot-process.

I don't remember when exactly (it was very late^^) but at one point I had to press a button at the moment when I heard the windows tone for an attached device.
(In the bootloop, when connected to the computer via USB, I heard the attached detached sound all the time)
